April 11th Speaker: Elizabeth Turnbull on PGE’s EV Programs

April Speaker Event: Elizabeth Turnbull, a transportation electrification program manager at Portland General Electric will discuss PGE efforts to electrify transportation and decarbonize the Oregon economy.
On Thursday, April 11th, AESP Northwest will host an event featuring Elizabeth Turnbull at Energy 350’s offices in the Equal Exchange building at 1033 SE Main St., Suite 1 with catering provided by the Elevator Café.
Elizabeth is a transportation electrification program manager at Portland General Electric. She manages PGE’s participation in Oregon’s Clean Fuels Program, which aims to lower the carbon intensity of Oregon’s transportation sector by 10% by 2025. Elizabeth is an Oregon native who has more than a decade of experience in sustainability, energy utilities, and transportation electrification. She holds an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a BA from Smith College.
Elizabeth will share how PGE is working to electrify transportation and decarbonize the energy economy in Oregon. She’ll speak about the ambitious goals within the state and the opportunity that utilities have to support those goals, as well as the ways PGE is helping residential and non-residential customers overcome barriers to adoption of electric transportation technologies.
